The food is amazing. Giving it a 4 star due to the bad internet reception. But overall a great place to stay and spend your holidays in Valle de Bravo"

"Room was clean, noisy at night due to location in between two major highways. Breakfast was very good and staff very kind and friendly."

"Booked a room with bathroom, the entire place smelled of sewage —- was hard to sleep as a result. Smell gets worse if you use the tub. Down several steep staircases, and freezing cold at night: not recommended! No extractor fans to remove the smell."
